Concerned about your child using weights? Not to worry, our younger players do a variety of Calisthenic & Plyometric exercises using body-weight to get stronger and more flexible. Cam invites athletes of all levels to increase their performance and become more athletic. Everyone is educated on how to lift properly and safely with low weights before advancing to higher levels of exercises.
