NEXT PLAY PERFORMANCE is offering a cost-effective way for student athletes of any and all sports to come experience, learn and use our cutting-edge weight room. Alex will be offering an optional scaled training program for structured weight lifting at 10am and at 11am. If interested, please be there on time.
This is for you if:
1) you have never stepped foot in a gym and are starting out
2) you already have a training routine but want more reps or add something new
3) you are comfortable in the gym and want some open time to lift
Alex can help you reach your strength training goals no matter what the sport.

One-on-One Strength Training.
Specialized programs for serious athletes are focused on building strength, preventing injuries, and boosting confidence. Athletes of all levels and sports are taught safe lifting techniques with low weights before progressing to more advanced exercises. One-on-One Strength Training with one of our experienced Athletic Performance Specialists includes a variety of methods in a custom progressive lifting program, plus regular adjustments to meet individual needs. In-season training suggestions are provided for sport specific athletes. Programs are designed to ensure that student athletes and adults perform at their best and stay injury-free.

Small Group Athletic Training.
Here at Next Play Prep we offer an advanced opportunity for serious athletes to get stronger, prevent Injuries and build more confidence. This program helps athletes of all sports to increase their performance and become more athletic. Everyone is educated on how to lift properly and safely with low weights before advancing to higher levels of exercises. Concerned about your younger child using weights? We offer body-weight strength workouts that inspire kids to get stronger! Included are a variety of calisthenic exercises like push ups, squats, dips, pull ups and knee raises while also doing plyometrics like single leg broad jumps, standing vert tests and footwork ladders.

Recovery Lab | Sauna + Cold Plunge.
Our Recovery Lab is designed to help athletes bounce back faster, feel better, and stay ready for peak performance. The traditional dry heat sauna promotes circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and supports detoxification - ideal for post-training recovery. Paired with our cold plunge, which reduces inflammation and speeds up muscle repair, this contrast therapy boosts recovery and overall resilience. Together, they help you train harder, recover smarter, and show up at your best every time you hit the field or the gym.
Sauna temperatures average 160-200°F
Cold plunge temperatures average 40-55°F

ACL Prevention with Dr Mike Blanco.
Coming soon. ACL tears are every parent’s biggest nightmare - but we have to talk about it. This specific injury is especially prevalent for girls playing basketball, volleyball & soccer. In house Physical Therapist Mike Blanco of Rival Physical Therapy will guide participants through a 4-week series of targeted strength training, continuous personalized assessments, holistic health including nutrition and much more.
